Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of office operations and administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires proficiency in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supplies Management: Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of office activities, business transactions, and other data.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and executives.
  • Accounting Responsibilities: Manage basic accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial operations.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure that all operational aspects of the office run smoothly.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.
